Emergency Call List Update
One way you can contribute to securing your home or business and reducing false dispatches is by keeping your call list up-to-date. New users must be given proper instructions on how to use the system and all names and passwords must be communicated to ADT Monitoring Center.
If there is a change in your call list, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting ADT contact center on 0800 111 238(0800 111 ADT). This will ensure that we contact the appropriate individual if/when required.
Moving
The key to a successful and relatively stress-free move is to be prepared. Along with cancelling or disconnecting services at your present home, you have to arrange for new services at your new destination.

Vacation Notification
If you are planning a vacation, it would be beneficial, for emergency purposes, to advise the ADT monitoring center of the dates you will be away. Also, please ensure that any people who have access to your home in your absence are on your Call List and have passwords and disarming codes. Service & Upgrades Required
Maxi Security mostly only service security systems that have been installed by us. Although, if your system needs an upgrade or needs to be connected to the ADT monitoring center, we will gladly assist. If you require any of these services, please contact us on 0800 629 469.
